In what scenarios can I request for a refund or replacement? Refund or exchange of products can be arranged under the following reasons:
If any Product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or
if the Product is out of date or expired; or
if the wrong Product which is different from the Order is delivered
How can I request for a refund or replacement for my purchases? Flodura shall use its best efforts to ensure that Orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy of Products delivered and the Customer wishes for return and refund, please notify us by completing and submitting the online form posted in our website within seven (7) days upon receiving the Products.
We will contact the Customer within seven (7) days after receipt of the completed form online to direct the Customer of the procedures in respect of the return of Products and refund. The Customer is advised to wait for our instruction for the next course of action.
What if the order which I have received is incomplete/ inaccurate?
If a Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, Flodura shall either refund the Customer the value of that Product, or replace the Product.
If the Customer has been charged for a Product which has not been delivered, Flodura shall refund the Customer the value of the Product as originally charged to the Customer.
All complimentary gifts are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event that the allocated stock has depleted, Flodura reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative complimentary gift.
In some rare cases, there may be minor differences or defects on the product packaging. In the case where the differences or defect does not affect product usage, refund/ exchange will not be possible.
How will my refund be processed?
Refunds will be processed using the same mode of payment used during the original purchase. The refund process typically takes 2 to 3 weeks, subject to your financial institution’s processing timeline. Flodura shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delays resulting from your financial institution’s processing time.
Order by 2PM to get delivered same working day! We use 24 hours service with carriers in most cases so that you can get your order delivered on time. For Malaysia, We will charge a standard delivery fees which imposed by J&T or Related Delivery Partner. While for Oversea customers, we will check and imposed the logistics fees into your order after we received your order online.
